Privacy Policy

This policy covers the GoldTriEngine stream bot and the GoldTriEngine Shorts uploader ("the tools"). The tools are run only by the developer, Yelias, on his own computer, for his own YouTube channel and TikTok account. They are not offered to the public.

YouTube API Services

The tools use YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with the GoldTriEngine channel you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

With the channel owner's permission (OAuth scope youtube.force-ssl) the tools act only on the owner's own GoldTriEngine channel. They:

  • create, start and end the channel's own live broadcasts (the stream restarts about every 8 hours so replays stay archived);
  • set the title, description, tags, category and thumbnail of the channel's own live streams and Shorts;
  • upload the channel's own Shorts, labelled as AI-generated content, and add them to the channel's playlists;
  • read public live chat messages on the channel's own live stream, and post replies and the channel's official links in that chat.

The tools do not read, store or change data from any other channel.

Live chat data. When viewers write in the live chat, the tools read the message text and the public display name in order to answer on stream and in the chat. Chat messages are kept only in a local log on the developer's computer for up to 30 days to prevent repeated answers and spam, and are then deleted. They are never sold, shared or used for advertising or profiling.

TikTok

GoldTriEngine Shorts uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API (Direct Post) with the scopes user.info.basic and video.publish, only for the developer's own TikTok account. It reads basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) to confirm the connected account and posts the developer's own videos.

Website statistics

To understand how many people visit the site and which pages help, the website counts visits in an anonymous way. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address, no device identifier and no account link. Each visit records only the page, the country, the time zone, the language, the type of device and browser, and where the visitor came from (for example a link on YouTube). A visitor is counted once per day through a one-way code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into a person. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", nothing is counted. When you create an account, the link that first brought you to the site (for example a video on YouTube) and the first page you saw are saved with your account, so the owner can learn which channels bring real customers. The same anonymous counter also notes actions such as pressing a link to YouTube, Telegram or a broker, installing the app, searching the FAQ, the questions typed to the website assistant (email addresses and long numbers are removed from them), how fast pages load and page errors. None of it is linked to a person. Visit statistics are visible only to the site owner and are deleted after about 13 months.

Storage and security

  • Access and refresh tokens are stored only in local files on the developer's computer and are never sent anywhere except to Google or TikTok.
  • No data is sold or shared with third parties. The tools set no cookies and use no analytics. This website sets no cookies.

Your choices

  • Google access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google security settings).
  • TikTok access can be removed in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services.
  • To ask for deletion of any chat message the tools logged, contact Telegram @GoldTriEngine_Support. It is deleted within 7 days.

Changes

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.

Customer accounts and licenses. If you create an account or buy a license, we process: your email address; the license key and its plan, dates and status; the MetaTrader 5 account number, broker and server the key is bound to; and, from the EA while it runs, your balance, equity, open positions, drawdown, deposits and withdrawals, EA version, and a record of each trade it closes (engine, direction, times, prices, lots, result). If you connect Telegram we also store your Telegram chat ID and your notification choices. Order records (plan, amount, payment reference) are kept for accounting. We use this data only to provide the license, show you your status and results, send the notifications you ask for, prevent key sharing, give support and keep records. We do not sell it. We never see your broker password and the EA does not trade for anyone else.

Proof Wall. When you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy at sign-up or purchase, you also agree that results the EA reported for your license (gain, drawdown, trade count, win rate, equity curve, broker, account-size band, country and join month, plus your profile photo if you have one) may be published on the public Proof Wall under your chosen display name, by default a first name or nickname. Your country is detected from the connection you use when you agree (only the 2-letter country code is kept, never your IP address; if the country cannot be read on our side, your browser asks Cloudflare's public connection-check page which country the connection is in, and only that code is sent to us) and you can change or hide it, and hide the photo, in My account. We process this on the basis of your agreement. Your email, license key, account number and Telegram details are never published. You can turn it off or change the display name in My account at any time, and the card disappears immediately. We keep a record of your agreement (date and version) as proof. Anyone who has already seen or copied public results may still hold them, which we cannot control.

Your rights. Depending on where you live you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw an agreement, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to @GoldTriEngine_Support; we answer within 30 days. Data is kept while your license is active and for as long as accounting or law requires, and then deleted or anonymised.

Where it is stored. This data is held with our database provider, Supabase, in its Asia-Pacific region, and Telegram delivers the notifications you enable. You can ask for your data to be exported or deleted by writing to @GoldTriEngine_Support; some order records may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
