Refund policy
- A GoldTriEngine license is digital software. Your key is created as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- Before activation: if you have not yet attached the key to an MT5 account, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by writing to @GoldTriEngine_Support.
- After activation: the key is bound to your account and the software is in use, so payments are not refunded. Strategy Tester runs need no key, so you can test the EA on historical data before you buy.
- Upgrade, renewal and unbind payments (the 100 USD unbind fee) are not refundable once applied.
- If something does not work as described because of a fault on our side, write to support and we will fix it or make it right.
- Refunds are paid in the same way and currency as the original payment, minus any network fees.
- Trading results are never a reason for a refund: gold trading carries a high risk of loss. See the risk disclaimer.
