Terms of Service

  • The GoldTriEngine stream bot and GoldTriEngine Shorts are personal tools used by the developer to publish his own content to his own YouTube channel and TikTok account. They are provided as is, without warranty.
  • Use of YouTube and TikTok through these tools is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • All content is educational. Nothing on the stream, in videos or on this website is financial advice, a trade signal or a promise of profit. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and past results do not guarantee future results.
  • The developer may change or stop the tools or this website at any time. Changes to these terms are posted on this page with a new effective date.

GoldTriEngine licenses (the paid EA)

  • A license lets you run the GoldTriEngine EA on one MetaTrader 5 account in US dollars at Fusion Markets or IC Markets (Raw account, the only supported brokers) for one year, counted from the first activation. It is personal and may not be shared, resold or copied.
  • The first account a key is used on, demo or real, is bound to it. Moving a key to another account is not self-service: it costs 100 USD and is done through support.
  • The plan sets the amount of money you may deposit on the account (plus a 5% tolerance). Profits do not count. Above that amount the EA stops opening new trades and keeps managing open ones until you upgrade or withdraw the excess.
  • The EA is trading software, not advice. Results are not guaranteed and you can lose money. Read the risk disclaimer.
  • Payments are handled as set out in the refund policy. Licenses may be disabled for abuse, such as sharing a key or attempting to bypass the license check.
  • The EA needs an internet connection for license checks and notifications. If the license server cannot be reached, the EA keeps trading normally.

Your responsibility, no advice, no guarantee

  • You trade at your own risk and with money you can afford to lose. You are responsible for every trade on your account, for the settings you choose, and for your broker, VPS, internet and MetaTrader terminal. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a fund manager, and we never hold your money or trade your account for you.
  • Backtests are simulated. Results shown on this site, on the stream or by other customers are examples and are not a promise or forecast. Your results can be lower, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. See the risk disclaimer.
  • You confirm that you are at least 18, that trading is legal where you live, and that you will follow the laws and tax rules that apply to you. The EA is not offered where its use is prohibited.

Limits of our liability

  • The software is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will run without interruption, errors, slippage, requotes, broker or data problems, or that it will suit your needs.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by your broker, platform, VPS, power or internet failure, by changes to the broker's conditions, or by you changing or stopping the EA.

Software license and protection

  • You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to run the EA under your license. We keep all rights to the software, its logic, the website, the videos and the brand. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, resell, rent, share or publish the EA, its files, its settings logic or its license key, and you may not remove or bypass the license check.
  • Breaking this section, sharing a key, or abusing support lets us disable the license immediately and without refund, and we may take legal action.
  • Do not post, sell or distribute our files, videos or results as your own. Using the GoldTriEngine name or logo needs our written permission.

Updates, support, changes and ending the license

  • We may update the EA, its supported brokers and these terms. Updates are delivered on the Download page, and you are responsible for installing them. Support is given on Telegram on a reasonable-effort basis, with no guaranteed response time and no help with strategy, brokers' decisions or your trading choices.
  • We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. If we permanently stop the product we will say so on this site, and the refund policy will say what applies to unused time.
  • Your license ends at the end of its year or if you break these terms. You may stop using the EA at any time. Sections about liability, protection of our rights and the law that applies survive the end of the license.

Payments, taxes and disputes

  • Prices are shown at checkout. You pay any taxes, bank and network fees. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the network, so check the address and network before sending. A payment chargeback or reversal made in bad faith ends the license.
  • These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the seller is based, except where mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise. Please contact support first so we can try to solve any problem informally and quickly.

Proof Wall: results shown publicly

  • When you create an account or buy a license you are asked to agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. By ticking the box, you agree that your trading results from the EA (gain, drawdown, trades, equity curve, broker and account-size band, country and the month you joined) and your profile photo, if you have one, may be shown on the public "Proof Wall" under the display name you choose. By default this is a first name or nickname. Your country is worked out automatically from your connection when you agree, and you can change it, or hide the country or the photo, at any time in My account.
  • A full name, quote or video appears only if you add it yourself. Your email, license key and MetaTrader account number are never shown.
  • You can switch the Proof Wall off or change your display name at any time in My account. Your card is removed immediately. Results already seen, copied or archived by others cannot be recalled.
  • Each agreement is recorded with the date and the version of these terms. We may remove any card at our discretion, for example when an account has too little history to be fair to show.

Where the EA is not offered

  • The EA and this website are not offered to anyone in a country or region where we cannot lawfully offer them, or to anyone on a sanctions list. If you are in such a place, you must not buy or use a license, and we may cancel it without refund.
  • You are responsible for finding out whether using an automated trading tool and your chosen broker is allowed where you live, and for any licence or registration your own country may require of you.

Claims, indemnity and disputes

  • No reliance. You confirm that you did not buy because of any promise of profit, any testimonial, any Proof Wall card, any backtest or any statement on the stream, and that you had the chance to read the risk disclaimer, ask questions and test on a demo account first.
  • Your own use. You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the EA, content you send us, or your claims against others that involve us.
  • Talk first. Before starting any formal claim you must write to support and give us 30 days to try to solve it.
  • Time limit. Where the law allows, any claim must be started within 12 months of the event it is about.
  • Where disputes are decided. Where the law allows, disputes are decided individually (not as a class or group action) by the courts, or by arbitration if we both agree, in the place where the seller is established, under the law of that place. Nothing here removes rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you as a consumer, and nothing stops either of us from asking a court for urgent protection of our rights.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as outages of brokers, exchanges, internet, cloud, Telegram, YouTube or payment networks, power cuts, cyber attacks, war, strikes, disasters or changes in law.
  • No other promises. No one speaking for us, including the AI host and the website assistant, can change these terms, give you financial advice or promise results. Only these written terms count.
  • Honest use of the evidence. You agree that our records of license checks, trades reported by the EA, agreements, messages and payments are valid evidence of what happened, unless you show they are wrong.

General

  • If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms and the pages they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about the EA. We may change them by posting a new version here with a new effective date, and keep using the service only if you accept it.
